How to plan a masquerade ball
Imagine a room swirling dresses, elegant dresses and stunning masks, creative and colorful! Would not it be amazing to organize a masquerade for the office of the side, fundraisers, birthday or even for your wedding? Here's how to create a fairy tale of dreams Masquerade Ball in the budget of their reality:
First, find a suitable location. You will need a function that is elegant, large enough to hold all your intended guests, and has a unique air of magic and the atmosphere above it. Look for the dedication function local ballrooms in hotels, and even in the ancient theaters.
Once you have secured your rent the premises, is the time to send out invitations. Create a stylish design and fantastic and let your guests know that they are required to wear evening dress and a mask. Be sure to include the date, time, venue and ticket price, if any, and do not forget the details of your RSVP!
You will have to provide food and drinks at the elegant dance – talking to the cook of the house on the creation of an appropriate menu – the food delicate fingers of colors and desserts exotic. You could even create your own signature cocktail.
While some places have little in the way of decor, you may find some bowls of fresh flowers and some ribbons with glitter, colored lights and balloons add a magical atmosphere. You could hang from the ceiling gauze and chiffon intertwined with colored lights to create a mystical night sky inside.
For entertainment, you have a band or a DJ that can keep the dance floor full all night. You might even like to hire a magician or mime to entertain people in the crowd.
Another great idea is to create a fund in a corner the room and have a photographer take people pictures.
As guests many go to great efforts to create and draw their own customs, should have a contest costume all night, with prizes for the king and queen of the party, the best mask, and the best dressed.
Do not forget to have a spare mask few in the door for people who forget!
